As soon as it was delivered, I started using this product and it’s been great!! At first, I only applied lotion and rubbed it on my bare skin, which made a squeaking sound that I couldn’t get used to, but later I applied it over my clothes and there was no squeaking sound, which was nice. It seems to be excellent for fascia stretching.
