Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.

  • Processing Time: 1–5 business days
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • During peak seasons, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (when available).

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

From time to time, DC Beauty Vault may offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (where available).

Please allow 2–7 business days for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Multiple Packages

To provide the fastest delivery possible, products from the same order may be shipped separately from different warehouses or suppliers.

If this happens:

  • You may receive multiple tracking numbers.
  • Packages may arrive on different dates.
  • You will not be charged additional shipping fees unless clearly stated during checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other government fees depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • Please contact us immediately.
  • If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update the address.
  • Once the order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.

DC Beauty Vault is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be delayed:

  1. Check your tracking information.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier for additional details.
  3. If you still need assistance, contact our customer support team.

If a package is confirmed as lost during transit, we will work with the carrier and our fulfillment partners to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number.
  • Provide clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.

Our support team will review your claim and work toward a suitable resolution.

Delivery Confirmation

Once the shipping carrier marks your order as Delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

If tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your package, we recommend:

  • Checking with household members or neighbors.
  • Contacting your local postal service or courier.
  • Contacting us if you need additional assistance.
